Saatori uses a number of psychometric tools to identify and articulate individual and corporate competency and commitment.

360 Degree Feedback: 360 Degree Feedback is a method of systematically collecting confidential, anonymous feedback about a person's job performance from a range of people they work with. Feedback is delivered through an anonymous online form that addresses a broad range of workplace competencies. Recipients gain insight into how others perceive them and have an opportunity to adjust behaviors and develop skills that will enable them to enhance their job performance.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI): MBTI is a self-report psychometric questionnaire designed to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. It is the most widely used instrument for understanding basic patterns in human functioning and normal personality traits. The MBTI can increase self-awareness, help people better understand their behavior patterns and provide insight into how they manage stress, handle conflict, and how they deal with others in personal and professional settings.

FIRO-B Assessment®: The Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation–Behavior® (FIRO-B) assessment helps people understand their behavior and the behavior of others in interpersonal situations and is used to clarify human interactions in personal and business situations. The FIRO-B assessment can be used as an integral part of team-building initiatives, personal development plans and communication workshops.

Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Assessment: The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) is a leading instrument for conflict resolution. The 30-item, forced-choice inventory identifies a person's preferred conflict-handling mode–competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding, and accommodating–and provides detailed information about how they can effectively use all five. TKI helps individuals learn to move beyond conflict and focus on achieving organizational goals and business objectives.

I-Speak®: I-SPEAK is designed to help gain insight into one's communication style, identify and understand the various communication styles of others and appropriately adjust one's style to enhance communication.

As I See Myself Behavior Style Profile© – Effectiveness Institute: Developed by the Effectiveness Institute, As I See Myself Behavior Style Profile is an easy-to-use, self-scoring 20-page profile that measures and summarizes the strengths and challenges of the four primary Behavior Styles: Controller, Stabilizer, Analyzer and Persuader. Each As I See Myself contains two profiles and is designed for immediate application. It is detailed enough to describe human behavior but simple enough for use in the "real world."

Teams that Work Assessment© – Effectiveness Institute: Developed by the Effectiveness Institute, the Teams That Work Assessment measures the essential factors that determine a group's ability to function as an effective team. This 36-question online survey measures the presence, or absence, of the six characteristics identified as essential to high-performing teams. The 6 Characteristics are: high level of trust, high level of respect, shared commitment to a clear and common purpose, willingness and ability to resolve conflict, a focus on measurable results, and mutual responsibility and accountability for outcomes. The report captures your group's unique team dynamics and provides a snapshot of the leadership.
