Su Ming Lui, Senior Consultant

Su Ming has a passion for learning and development. She is a skilled facilitator and is a talented communicator, whose expertise includes Management Development, Communication, Customer Service, Quality, Group Processes and Career Development. She enjoys delivering programs that are experiential and works to bridge concepts and knowledge with practical workplace application.

She is able to connect effectively with diverse audiences across a wide range of industries and nationalities. In the past 14 years, she has had the opportunity to impact more than 6000 individuals in a variety of training and coaching workshops.

Su Ming is experienced in process facilitation in a training laboratory environment. Her keen observation skills and talent for giving real-time, thoughtful and insightful feedback have consistently proven to be pivotal to participants in achieving greater self-awareness and meaningful behavior change.

Su Ming has delivered training and managed learning and development in the insurance, law inforcement, medical, transportation and banking sectors

Su Ming obtained her Bachelor of Arts with Merit at the National University of Singapore and she holds a Diploma in Human Resource Development from the Singapore Institute of Management. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Su Ming is passionate about music, and is a dedicated singer-songwriter and musician outside the work arena.
