Anita Bhasin, Senior Consultant

Anita has a breadth of expertise in the corporate sector, with over twenty years in the high-technology industry. She has been successful in a number of diverse business roles including marketing, customer and partner experience, and people and organization capability. Anita's clients have included non-profits and projects that require the collaboration of multiple organizations, such as the design and delivery of a fresh water conference in Beijing, and a cross-sector high potential global leaders immersion experience in Lima, Peru.

Anita is a leader in group coaching and action learning and has successfully introduced it to organizations as a method of problem solving that allows leaders to get real work done, while reflecting on their behaviors and learning new skills.

Her multi-cultural awareness has been a critical asset in her work. During her career she has been based in Europe, supporting the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions, and an extended assignment in India. She has been invited to deliver workshops in the US, Europe, China, Singapore, Turkey, India and Peru.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies and a Master's degree in Marketing from Manchester University, England. In 2009, she earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University, where she was recognized with a George Award for her outstanding leadership.

Anita was born in the UK and now lives in Bend, Oregon USA with her husband and teenage son where they enjoy the great outdoors, skiing and traveling.
